The team is led by Roger Clotworthy, Service Lead, City Development. The City Council itself has statutory responsibility for planning matters within the local authority boundary. The Council will use information from this website to inform the preparation of the final Liveable Exeter Placemaking Charter and may share anonymous data with its partners and consultants in the course of this work.
